What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a workout program designed to improve your everyday life!

We strive on functional movements - Carrying in groceries? Farmers Carry. Picking up kids off the floor? Power Cleans. Stamina to get through the day? Cardio.

CrossFit is designed to be done in groups where you have accountability and motivation! And if you’re ever last - you’re cheered for the loudest! We’re just proud of you for showing up!

CrossFit is unlike any program out there, it can customized from beginners to advanced athletes.

“CrossFit is TOO intense for me”

Our most common misunderstanding.

CrossFit CAN be intense but it is mostly uncomfortable b/c it’s *NEW* to your body! No other workouts use your whole body in a single workout.

What matters more than intensity is consistency. You don’t need to workout until you can’t move but what you do need to do is make time to move your body multiple times a week.

    Don’t be afraid to walk in!!!! They are so happy you are there, EVERYONE helps you with your workout!!!!!!! If I can’t do something, they figure out a different exercise for ME, ONLY DO WHAT YOU CAN, BUT PUSH YOURSELF!!!!! I love being at CrossFit, I feel so comfortable there, we laugh 😂 ALOT, and they welcome ANYONE, ANY AGE AGE 😉😉 even the CrossFitCougars❤️❤️

    Best decision I have made was trying out one of the classes! I was so nervous but the coaches and all the members make you feel right at home and the best part, my daughter also feels right at home and loves watching mommy workout! I recommend this to anyone at any level of fitness!!!

    Awesome place to work out. They have great leaders. Always something new to do each time. Toning every part of your body. I'm working on strength and toning and I can see a difference in myself. They teach you the property way to lift, stretch and workout. They will modify your workout if you need it. Started in December and I love it. You should give it a try. A great caring atmosphere where everyone belongs and can do it. Melissa is mostly my workout leader, but I have heard the rest are fabulous too. Going to add another day on this week and check it out. ♡♡♡♡
